Building a habit
"How do I make this part of my week?"
Knowing AI exists and actually reaching for it are two different things. The trick is to wire it into moments you already have.
Reach-for-it moments
- Before writing any email longer than two sentences — ask AI for a draft first.
- Before any meeting — paste the agenda and ask for three smart questions to ask.
- Before any decision with options — ask AI to lay out the tradeoffs.
- Before any unfamiliar document — paste it in and ask for a plain-English summary.
- Before Googling something complicated — ask AI first, then verify what matters.
The one-week experiment
For seven days, every time you'd normally Google something, ask AI instead. Not because Google is wrong — because the muscle of *reaching for it* is what you're building.
After a week, you'll find yourself doing it automatically. That's the goal.
