Please don't. Not yet, and probably not the way you're imagining.

AI can absorb pieces of work — the first draft of a proposal, the rough cut of a report, the initial sort through a stack of resumes. It cannot yet own outcomes, build client relationships, or be accountable when things go wrong.

A better question

Instead of *"Who can I replace?"* ask *"What does my team waste time on that AI could do in seconds?"* Then give those hours back to your people for higher-value work.

The companies winning with AI right now aren't shrinking their teams — they're amplifying them.
